Even Stars Die

Day four of Thingadailies. I'm starting to worry because there are only twenty different stars in the book and twenty-eight (or maybe 29, I'm too lazy to look it up) days in the month. I will worry about that later.

When I got to the editing/craft table this evening I found a massacre of sorts had happened.

I'm not sure exactly what happened to the blue star, but I suspect furry feet were involved.

Anyhow, today's project was a curvy star with a hole in the middle. Not much to look at here...

... but pretty cool when it has light shining through:
I think this one is my favorite of the four. But I'm fickle. I might change my mind tomorrow.

In work news, yesterday one of the big sites had a power outage, and the generator kicked in and then the power cord from the generator blew up (or something like that -- I never got the details). Anyhow, they got it all working again, but I'm pretty sure that for a little while our director was bridging the distance a la Billy Idol. The moral of this story is that I have way too many brain cells devoted to storing details of music videos from the 1980s.
